These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between you (“Attendee,” “User”) and Real Estate Leverage Summit, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing a ticket, registering for, or attending the Real Estate Leverage Summit 2026, you agree to the following terms.

Event Information

The Real Estate Leverage Summit 2026 will take place on:

October 9–10, 2026
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
The Westshore Grand
4860 W Kennedy Blvd, Tampa, FL 33609

Event details including schedule, speakers, topics, and format are subject to change without notice.

Ticket Purchases & Payments

All ticket purchases are final. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to pay the full amount indicated at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, promotions, or availability at any time.

Refund & Transfer Policy

All ticket sales are non-refundable.

Tickets may be transferred to another individual with prior written notice to the Company at least 48 hours before the event.

No-shows will not receive refunds or credits.

Event Modifications or Cancellation

The Company reserves the right to modify event details including speakers, schedule, format, or location.

In the event of cancellation, the Company may offer a credit toward a future event or a refund at the Company’s sole discretion.

The Company is not responsible for travel expenses or other costs incurred by attendees.

Code of Conduct

All attendees agree to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner.

The Company reserves the right to remove any attendee without refund for disruptive or unsafe behavior, harassment or discrimination, or violation of any applicable laws or venue policies.

Media Release

By attending the event, you grant Real Estate Leverage Summit, LLC and its affiliates permission to capture and use photographs, video, and audio recordings of you for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes without compensation.

Communications Consent (Email, SMS, and Calls)

By providing your contact information and purchasing a ticket, you expressly consent to receive communications from Real Estate Leverage Summit, LLC and its affiliated brands, including Magnolia Mastermind Meetup, CG Real Estate Ventures, and Florida PM Pros.

These communications may include emails, text messages (SMS), and phone calls (including automated or prerecorded calls where permitted), as well as event updates, reminders, and marketing communications.

Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in emails, replying STOP to text messages, or requesting removal via email.

Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchase.

Sponsor & Partner Communications and Compliance

By purchasing a ticket, registering for, or attending the event, you acknowledge and agree that your contact information, including name, email address, and phone number, may be shared with event sponsors, partners, and affiliated organizations for marketing, promotional, and business purposes.

These sponsors and partners may contact you directly via email, phone calls, and text messages (SMS) regarding relevant products, services, and opportunities.

You understand and agree that all sponsors and partners are independent third parties and are solely responsible for their own communications and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to federal and state telemarketing, email marketing, and data privacy laws.

Real Estate Leverage Summit, LLC does not control, monitor, or assume responsibility for the communications, practices, or compliance of any sponsor or third party once your information has been shared.

You agree to hold harmless Real Estate Leverage Summit, LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from communications or actions of sponsors or third parties.

You may opt out of communications from sponsors directly with those parties.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By attending this event, you voluntarily assume all risks related to participation, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss.

To the fullest extent permitted under Florida law, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Real Estate Leverage Summit, LLC, its owners, affiliates, partners, sponsors, employees, and the event venue from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your attendance or participation.

No Financial, Legal, or Investment Advice

All information provided at the event is for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing presented constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and should consult with licensed professionals before taking action.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
